Sudip has performed extensively in various prestigious music festivals and venues across India India and abroad, accompanying acclaimed performers of Indian Classical Music and regular artist of ALL INDIA RADIO as a B-HIGH grade. He has collaborated with many acclaimed musicians from different genres of music. Sudip Chakraborty is one of the most talented Tabla players in India who is presently a front-line student under the tutelage of Pandit Bickram Ghosh.

Apart from being a performer, Sudip is also a highly sought-after Tabla teacher, known for his clear and concise teaching style and the ability to impart complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. He has taught Tabla to many students in India and abroad and has also conducted workshops on Tabla playing.
